A comfortable and furnished private studio in my home in DLF Phase III, Gurgaon. The studio has its own kitchen, work space, private balcony with plants and flowers, and access to a lovely terrace. We are just a short walk from Guru Dronacharya Metro Station, making travel around Gurgaon and Delhi convenient. I hope to offer women travellers a warm, peaceful and welcoming place to stay.

I’m a doctor living in Gurgaon with my daughter, our household help and our much-loved dog, Layla. I have always enjoyed travelling and have had the opportunity to visit several countries across five continents. What I have valued most about travelling is meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds, and learning from their experiences. I enjoy opening my home to new people and would be particularly happy to welcome women travellers looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to stay in Gurgaon. The guest accommodation is a private studio space located on the terrace of my independent bungalow, giving guests their own space and a good degree of privacy and independence. It is a comfortable, furnished space with a kitchen, a work desk, a private balcony filled with plants and flowers, and access to a pleasant terrace where guests can relax. The home also has lovely views and, occasionally, visiting peacocks, which are a rather special feature of the neighbourhood. The location is another advantage. We are in DLF Phase III, and within walking distance of the Metro Station, making it convenient to travel around Gurgaon and into Delhi. The neighbourhood is peaceful and walkable, while still being close to the city. My approach to hosting is simple: I want guests to feel safe, comfortable and welcome, while also having the privacy and independence to enjoy their stay in their own way. I’m happy to help with local recommendations, getting around, or anything else that can make their time in Gurgaon easier and more enjoyable. For me, hosting is ultimately about people. I enjoy the opportunity to meet someone new, share a conversation and hopefully make them feel a little at home while they are away from theirs. We also take care of 6 indie dogs who live outside the property.
