Can my husband/son/brother be at home during Guest stays?

NO adult males allowed on property during booking dates. Male visitors only for repairs (max 30 mins). Break this = immediate blacklist + legal action.

What happens if a Guest brings a man?

Ask them to leave immediately. Take photo/video evidence. Report to us within 1 hour. You keep full payment + Guest gets banned.

How strict is the women-only verification?

We verify every Guest (ID + Video-Call + Background Checks+ Referal vouches). If suspicious at check-in, video call us before allowing entry.

Do I lose money if Guest cancels last minute?

NO! You get paid:

• 7+ days before: 0%

• 3-6 days before: 25%

• 0-2 day before: 75%

When exactly do I get my payout?

• <5 nights: 2 working days after checkout

• 5-7 nights: Day 3 partial + 2 working days after checkout

• >7 nights: Day 3 partial + Day 6 partial …. + 2 working days after checkout

Can Guests pay me cash or GPay directly?

NEVER. Platform only. Direct payments = permanent ban for both.

What if Guest damages my property?

Report before Check-out (photos + videos). We deduct from their security deposit(if any)/From their reward points/Penalty.

Do I need police registration for International Guests?

Yes, within 24hrs of check-in. We provide exact format + help submit.

What's the Host membership fee? And Why should I pay it?

₹5,000 + ₹900 GST (one-time). Get 5,000 Reward Points free upon payment. Membership fee needed so we can do a background verification for everyone on the platform and it keep it exclusive and sanitized for women. It is to ensure everyone’s safety.

How do I earn reward points? And how do I use them?

Refer a Host = 500 points (one time) + 1.5% of their yearly revenue (paid in points annually).

Refer a Guest = 150 points (one time).

Reward Points have specific redemption values and cannot be used for cash withdrawals: and cannot be used for cash withdrawals:

Subscription Renewals: Use points to pay up to 50% of your membership renewal fee.up to 50% of your membership renewal fee.

Example: ₹5,000 Host renewal → Max 2,500 points (50%) + ₹2,500 currency.

Travel payment: Upto 15% payment per night on your own travel bookings using points.15% payment per night on your own travel bookings using points.

Example: ₹2,000/night booking → 300 points = ₹300 /night by use of points.
